This began on Saturday and it has been very annoying. The pop-ups seem to advertise for random things but more often than not deals with some sort of computer virus remover software that I can download for free. I tend to think my problem is related to the people behind said product, but I know very little about computers and thus do not know how to battle this problem. I would greatly appreciate any help/advice that can be given.

My computer is infected with several malwares I think, as I can see on the desktop is windows police pro and advanced virus remover. It prevented me to use task manager and disabled my norton anti virus. Finally, I installed the Malwarebyes and tried to kill it, it turned out that there are more malwares in my system, a Security Tool malware pops up, this one is even worse than the last two. Well, I have three malwares I can see in my desktop now. Also there are 3 bubbles in my lower right corner toolbar, pop up is every second. Those malwares disable my task manager, folder options, display and even cover my whole desktop and hide all my icons on the desktop. I can’t ever boot to safe mode. I tried to use cmd, but failed. At last, I download the Norton bootable recovery disk for Norton 3.0 to scan the system, it looks like it removed the Windows Police Pro and Advanced Virus Remover, it can’t find the Security Tool. After that, I download the Kespersky Rescue CD, this one finally remove the Security Tool. Those three malwares seem like they are gone. But I still can’t enable taskmanager, folder options. etc. I suspect that they are not removed completly. Anyone can help me? I have a Dell computer.
