How do you make an all-in-one Windows 7 emergency boot disk , one that you can boot from when your CPU won’t start up? AND GUI—not DOS-based!!! I tried “The Ultimate Boot Disk” already–sucks. I want to be able to move files from the affected drive before wiping it and starting over. My fresh install of Win 7 ultimate corrupted in start up and can’t be fixed–I need to reinstall. BUT 1st, I need some files from the system drive before erasing everything.

I can do the build with no errors. It can’t burn to the DVD because my xp install disk is in the drive. it instantly gave me a failed to burn error. Hello, of course my blank DVD isn’t in there when my xp disk is. What am I missing here? Do I build to an ISO file? If so can you tell me how to then burn that to the boot DVD? Keep it simple. I have just recently discovered how slow I am mentally.

No doubt you’ve observed that windows has its faults, so if you’re desperate to fix a bartpe normaliz.dll not found error, you’ve come to the right place. Your pc is important to you, and you care about its upkeep, but whatever you do (or don’t do), sooner or later problems with windows will pop up. In the next few paragraphs i’d like to tell you how simple it is to keep these problems from slowing you down.

Click here to fix a bartpe normaliz.dll not found error now!

To start off, remember that when your pc gives you any sort of trouble you’ll have to repair it as quickly as you can, otherwise you can find yourself with even more hassles. Most common pc troubles are caused by a faulty windows registry- the registry happens to be one of the most necessary and complex areas of your windows. Naturally this is a complicated topic, so let’s just say that windows’ registry file is necessary for the control of both hardware and software, so should anything go wrong with it a variety of errors are bound to pop up. Which way should you turn to find a solution? You have a lot of choices, however, i found out that many users employ one of the many registry repair programs out there to get rid of these errors. Whatever repair utility you end up using, try to choose one that will let you review what it had come up with in details by the end of each scanning process.

Eventually your windows’ registry database acquires a large quantity of information used by many different applications – that ‘density’ is another possible source to various computer problems, including what you are getting. By using such tools you won’t be required to enlist the services of a technician and spend your hard-earned money on a problem that you can take care of independently. The windows registry tends to “stockpile” old and unnecessary information the more you use your pc and this often generates your pc’s “acting up” in a variety of ways.

It’s true that you can fix a bartpe normaliz.dll not found error – there are many methods you can try; but this tool is hands down the most effective and user-friendly one. Let me make clear that although anti-virus programs are essential for removing infected files, this software isn’t able to repair the damage that those viruses create in the registry files. As a rule of thumb, most computer experts suggest examining the status of the registry as frequently as possible – one or more times per week. In days to come, i am sure that the use of a registry clean-up tool will be extremely common, which, besides your chosen anti-viral program is helpful for a variety of computer issues. My expectation is that you enjoyed this article and that it introduced you to the means to rid your pc of those annoying windows errors.

I have just made a BartPE bootable usb drive. I am trying to map a network drive to it. My network is a few servers (Windows Server 2003) and a bunch of computers (Windows XP). The drive I am trying to connect it to is on an XP machine. It works just fine, but then when I attempt to look at that drive, I get an “Access is denied” error. I tried mapping the drive using different credentials, and got the same result. I would appreciate any advice on how I can access the drive I mapped.
Thanks guys!

That domain fix worked perfectly. Sorry I didn’t include the fact that the drive is mapped to several other computers — so the first fix (a good idea) wasn’t really what I needed.

I already made the bootable BartPE CD. My OS is corrupted but I need to save bunch of important files (on to either USB stick or another blank CD/DVD) before I reinstall Windows XP.

After starting BartPE, I did the disk check and then I went to “A43 File Management Utility”. In A43 File Management Utility, I can access the files I want to save but I DON’T KNOW how to save those files on USB or CD.

So my main question is, How do I save them onto USB/CD/DVD through BartPE’s?

Don’t know if it matters/helps but the files are bunch of pictures and short home movies.

Step-by-step instructions will be really helpful. Thanks in advance.
Does linux live work with windows XP? That’s what I have.
How do I get to file management? Is it the same thing as “A43 File Management Utility”?
I finally figured it out. I inserted the USB stick after I started BartPE that’s why it wasn’t showing up on A43 File Management Utility. I was supposed to keep the USB plugged in before I load BartPE. Thanks for your help guys.

I recently installed and burnt BartPE onto a bootable CD. I want to modify the registry of a computer i’m fixing for a friend using it. How do I go about doing that? I need to do this to allow task manager and the registry editor to be opened again on the computer. I’ve tried editing the registry in BartPE, but it does nothing so I guess I need to somehow connect the registry from C:\ to BartPE and edit it? I also don’t have the option to load and unload a hive.

I want to know if there is a way to get the host computer name to showup in BartPE. I know Bart creates its own registry so it automatically creates a new computer name, but is there a way to grab the one that actually applies to the computer?
I pinged it but it doesn’t produce a computer name for the host, it grabs Bart’s name
I guess a better question would then be is there a way to access the registry that’s on the local drive rather than what’s on the BartPE disk?
The problem with loading the system registry into BartPE is that the computer name will only work for that computer. I need BartPE (or something in BartPE) to be able to grab the name from the Windows registry on the local drive. Unless someone knows of a file located on the local drive that contains the computer name info.
