this program is instaled on my schools library, is there any way to disable it for a minute, so I could fix some problems ?

hi, assuming you’re an administrator, the easiest way is to create a secondary account (be it administrator or a standard user), sort out the problems, then apply the security settings to that user (via the export and import system is easiest).
