There is nothing you can do now, you have to have someone clean your system

If you have no other options do a PC restore. Back up your files. And PC restore. My computer was so overwhelmed by viruses it was unable to go to Control Panel. I did a PC restore and I did not need to back up though. I have an XP Pro and the files were still there. Though all my preferences were gone.

Restart PC in safe mode by gently tapping F-8 key, choosing Safe Mode with Networking. Download, update, run Malwarebytes and checking anything it finds and restart PC. Next download, update, run SuperAntiSpyware, Hitman Pro, and next use Ccleaner. If it still acts up, go back into safe mode and this time choose, Last known good Configuration…

reboot into safemode by pressing F8 at startup and selecting safemode with networking. then try running your antivirus. safemode should render the virus inactive so your antivirus can remove it.
DO NOT install superantispyware it is a virus. I got duped into installing it and it was a right asshole to get shot of.
